Since we have never been to the Columbia Zoo before, we decided to pack up ourselves (along with Grandma Debbie and Grandpa) and took a day trip to South Carolina. The weather was hot, humid and rainy but there were alot of air conditioned exhibits that we could escape...ahem...I mean enjoy throughout the park. We did forego the botanical gardens - it was just too H.O.T.
